try 10 drops for every 200ml of water in your diffuser.
IN AN AROMATHERAPY INHALER
add desired number of drops on the cotton wick of your inhaler then breathe in and enjoy the aroma.
IN CARRIER OIL
suggested at 1-2% dilution for regular body massage for healthy adults.
