How to Use
IN A DIFFUSER
Try 10 drops for every 200ml of water in your diffuser.
IN AN AROMATHERAPY INHALER
Try adding 12-15 drops on the cotton wick of the included aromatherapy inhaler, close then start breathing in the aroma intermittently. Relax, de-stress and allow Just Breathe to help support your breathing.
FOR TOPICAL USE
Suggest to keep at 1-2% dilution if intended for regular use. See safety considerations below and refer to our dilution chart as needed.
SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS
Safety considerations is similar to Eucalyptus essential oils due to blend’s high 1,8 cineole content. Generally, non-toxic, non-irritating. Careful with children between 5-10 years of age due to its high 1,8-cineole content. Care must be taken when using with asthmatics.
