HOW TO USE
IN A DIFFUSER
Try 10 drops for every 200ml of water in your diffuser.
IN AN AROMATHERAPY INHALER
No diffuser? No problem! Try adding 12-15 drops of Pure Lavender Essential Oil on the cotton wick of your blank aromatherapy inhaler (hale stick), close then start breathing in the aroma intermittently. Relax, de-stress and enjoy as you breathe in the calming scent of lavender.
FOR MASSAGE
Suggested at 1-2% dilution for regular body massage. See safety considerations below and refer to our dilution chart as needed.
