HOW TO USE
IN A DIFFUSER
Try 10-15 drops for every 200ml of water in your diffuser.
IN AN AROMATHERAPY INHALER
Feeling a a little queasy? Try adding a few drops on the cotton wick of your blank aromatherapy inhaler (hale stick), close then start breathing in the aroma intermittently. Relax, de-stress and find calm as you breathe in the scent of sweet orange essential oil.
FOR TOPICAL USE
Need comfort for your belly? Try blending sweet orange essential oil with your preferred carrier oil. Suggest to keep at 1-2% dilution if intended for regular use. See safety considerations below and refer to our dilution chart as needed.
SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS
Non-toxic, though it may cause skin irritation. Use in low dilution (1-2%) when applying to the skin, such as in bath or massage oils. Older, oxidized oils increase the potential for skin irritation. It’s best to buy citrus oils from organically grown fruit, as citrus trees are heavily sprayed. The citrus oils are cold-pressed, and the pesticides come through the process and are found in the oils. Sweet Orange is not phototoxic.
