How to Use
IN A DIFFUSER
try 10 drops for every 200ml of water in your diffuser.
IN AN AROMATHERAPY INHALER
add desired number of drops on the cotton wick of your inhaler then breathe in and enjoy the aroma.
IN CARRIER OIL
suggested at 1-2% dilution for regular body massage for healthy adults.
SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS
Recommended drop counts are assumed for healthy adults which should be reduced for children or adults suffering from any medical condition.
You may refer to the specific essential oil product page for essential oil specific safety guidelines.

It’s always best to start with fewer number of drops then increase as desired while keeping within safety guidelines.
